Hello @mariamansonnt! Thank you for your question, the ideal operating temperatures should be between 20°C (68°F) and 25°C (77°F) to optimize the battery lifespan. The device can be used within -10°C (14°F)~40°C (104°F), extreme temperatures could reduce performance.
Hi guys @mariamansonnt @JDavid, also not to forget: the charging temperatures are between 0°C (32°F) and 40°C (104°F), ideally 20°C (68°F) to 25°C (77°F). If the temperature is lower or higher than the recommended range, pause charging until the device cools down or warms up to room temperature (not with a heat gun! 
). This will optimize the lifespan of the battery for the future.
